Competency-based training for hourly add-on

You can access this site by clicking the “DODD Training Website” button above
Click on “Click to create your user name and password” next to the login
Enter your personal information

Sign in to your account at https://login.elsevierperformancemanager.com/systemlogin.aspx?virtualname=OhioDDD
Select “Self Enrollment” under the “eLearning” tab at the top of the page
The Self Enrollment page will list all available online DODD trainings
See the “Recommended Trainings” tab below for our recommended trainings for DSPs
Identify relevant/interesting trainings listed under “Module Name”
Add the trainings you want to complete to your account by selecting “Enroll” next to the module
A pop-up will appear after you select “Enroll” that lists sub-lessons associated with that module
Select the sub-lessons you want to add to your account using the checkbox to the left of the lesson names
Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up and select “Add Lessons” to add your selected sub-lessons to your account

Access the trainings you enrolled in by selecting “My eLearning Lessons” under the “eLearning” tab at the top of the page
Select the training that you want to complete
A pop-up will appear. Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up and select “Start the Lesson”
If you’ve already completed the lesson, it will allow you to choose “Take the Test” without viewing the lesson again
The lesson will take you through a slideshow with various videos, readings, and/or activities
Once you have viewed each of the lesson’s slides, it will tell you you’ve reached the end of the lesson
After you’ve completed the slideshow, you can immediately take the test to earn credit for completing the lesson by clicking “Take Test” at the top of the lesson pop-up
You can return at a later day/time to complete the test without viewing the entire lesson again if you don’t have time to take the test, or if you get less than 80% of the questions wrong

In order to be eligible for your hourly add-on, you must accumulate 60 hours of DODD trainings
To see how many credits you have earned, select “Home” at the top of the page
On the Home page, select “Transcript” in the menu on the left side of the screen
Scroll to the bottom of the Transcript and your credits will be listed in a table as “Total Credits”
Once you have reached 60 credits, select “Print” near the top of the Transcript
Print your transcript or save it as a PDF to share your transcript with your manager to begin earning your hourly add-on
